Refund and Cancellation Policy

Notice of “automobile premium bill” is mailed to the insured prior to the cancellation date of the policy. After the cancellation notice is mailed to the insured, payment must be postmarked before the cancellation date indicated on the “notice of cancellation or non-renewal of personal auto policy”. If the premium is not received by the cancellation date, the policy will cancel for “non-payment of premium” at 12:01 A.M. Standard time. Policy may also cancel sooner for other valid reasons. There is no grace period unless required by your state law. After the policy is cancelled or expired any premium due on the policy will be returned to the insured promptly. For any refund to be generated sooner, we will need a request in writing by the insured.
